Ashfaq Textile Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on January 14,1988 as a private limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (repealed with the enactment of Companies Act, 2017) and subsequently converted into a public limited company. The business of the Company is manufacturing and sale of textiles and rendering of sizing and conversion services.
