Muhammad Abbas Bhayani
Chief Executive Officer
Muhammad Abbas holds a degree in Economics with specializations in Finance and Philosophy, completed in Canada. He began his career in corporate finance, managing risk on a CAD 2.5 billion portfolio. He later founded a marketing technology company that has won multiple awards and has been featured on platforms such as NASDAQ and Yahoo Finance. Abbas formally took over as Director of Bhayani Securities in 2024 and currently leads as Chief Executive Officer. He is a voracious reader with a keen interest in AI, technology, and competitive sports.
Kausar Abbas Bhayani
Founder/Ex-CEO
Kausar Abbas Bhayani founded the firm over four decades ago and led it from its inception. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a small brokerage into a recognized name in the Pakistan Stock Exchange. With deep roots in the industry and a long-standing reputation for integrity, he remains actively involved in shaping the firm’s direction. His interests include politics, history, and global finance.
Muhammad Ali Sheikh
Director/Company Secretary
Muhammad Ali Sheikh has over 31 years of experience in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, with expertise in risk management, accounting, taxation, audits, and managing leveraged positions. He began his tenure at Bhayani Securities as Manager Operations and currently serves as both Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Outside of work, he enjoys chess and reading.
