Business description, governance, and corporate information

Adam Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan in 1965 in the name of Bahawalnagar Sugar Mills Limited as a public limited company under provisions of the companies Act, 1913 (repealed with the enactment of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 and subsequently, the Companies Act, 2017. In 1985, the name of the Company was changed to Adam Sugar Mills Limited. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of white sugar.
