- Seven candidates have offered themselves for election as Directors, including both executive and independent members.
- Since the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available director positions, they will be deemed elected for a term of three years effective October 28, 2026.
- A notice has been published in the Daily Nation and Daily Nawa e Waqt as required by the Companies Act, 2017.
