TRG Pakistan Limited has reported an order from the United States District Court in New York, which declined to grant the injunctive relief the company sought against its former CEO, Mr. Zia Chishti.
- The order was issued on 1 July 2026, following a Temporary Restraining Order that expired on the same date.
- The court's decision does not affect the previous ruling from 12 May 2026, which released claims by Mr. Chishti against the company regarding actions before 10 January 2022.
- TRG Pakistan Limited is considering its legal options, including an appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
