Tata Textile Mills Limited has announced the election of directors as per the Companies Act, 2017. Seven candidates are set to be elected at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
- Seven candidates have filed their intention to offer themselves for election as Directors.
- The election will take place on October 27, 2026, at 1:30 p.m.
- The candidates include Mazhar Valjee, Shahid Anwar, Adeel Shahid Anwar, Bilal Shahid Anwar, Faroog Advani (Independent Director), Tayyeb Afzal (Independent Director), and Samar Shahid.
- Since the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available director positions, they will be deemed elected for a term of three years starting October 26, 2026.
- The notice and ballot papers will be published in "The Nation" and "Daily Nawa-e-Waqt" on October 20, 2026.
