Saif Power Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for October 30, 2026, to elect seven directors for a three-year term starting October 31, 2026.
- The meeting will confirm minutes from previous meetings and elect directors as per the Companies Act, 2017.
- Current directors eligible for re-election include Mr. Humayun Saifullah Khan, Mr. Javed Saifullah Khan, Mr. Osman Saifullah Khan, Mr. Assad Saifullah Khan, Mr. Asif Saifullah Khan, Mr. Khalid Siddiq Tirmizey, and Miss Saima Akbar Khattak.
- Share transfer books will be closed from October 24 to October 30, 2026.
- Members wishing to contest must submit their nominations 14 days prior to the meeting.
- The company has appointed KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co as the scrutinizer for the election process.
