- Revised book closure period is from Thursday, October 8, 2026, to Wednesday, October 14, 2026 (both days inclusive).
- Transfers must be received by the Shares Registrar by the close of business on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, to be eligible for the AGM.
- Annual Financial Statements will be transmitted at least 21 days prior to the AGM as per regulatory requirements.
