Interloop Limited has announced the election of several directors during its 34th Annual General Meeting held on October 14, 2026. These directors will serve a term of three years starting from October 22, 2026.
- Mr. Musadaq Zulgarnain, Mr. Navid Fazil, Mr. Muhammad Maqsood, Ms. Farwa Hasnain, Ms. Fatima Asad Khan, Ms. Romana Abdullah, Mr. Tariq Iqbal Khan, Ms. Faryal Sadiq, and Mr. Jahan Zeb Khan Banth have been elected unopposed.
- The election was conducted in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
- All elected directors will begin their term on October 22, 2026.
