Habib Metropolitan Bank Limited has announced the declaration of a 3rd Interim Cash Dividend for the financial year ending December 31, 2026.
- The Board of Directors declared an interim cash dividend of PKR 2.50 per share, representing 25% of the face value.
- This dividend is in addition to the previously paid 1st and 2nd Interim Cash Dividends of PKR 5.00 per share (50%).
- Book closure will occur from November 3, 2026, to November 5, 2026, for determining entitlement.
- Shareholders on the register as of November 2, 2026, will be eligible for this dividend.
- Payment will be made electronically to shareholders' designated bank accounts as per the Companies Act, 2017.
- Income tax will be deducted in accordance with the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
