- Mr. Ameer Khawar Khawaja appointed as Executive Director
- Mr. Omer Khawar Khawaja appointed as Non-Executive Director
- Mrs. Nuzhat Khawar Khawaja appointed as Non-Executive Director
- Almas Hyder appointed as Independent Director
- Syed Zahoor Hassan appointed as Independent Director
- All appointments are effective from October 14, 2026, for a term of three years.
