- M/s Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co. were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for the financial year ending June 30, 2027.
- Monthly remuneration of PKR 1,000,000 each was approved for CEO Mr. Hafiz Avais Ghani and Executive Director Mr. Shoaib Ghani, effective July 1, 2026.
