- Certificate holders are reminded to submit a photocopy of their valid CNIC to avoid dividend withholding.
- The Share Transfer Book will be closed from October 19, 2026, to October 31, 2026, with transfers accepted until October 17, 2026.
- Members may participate via video conference if consent is provided by those holding at least 10% of shares at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
- All physical certificates must be converted to book-entry form as per regulatory requirements.
