- Seven candidates have filed for election: Mr. M. Ata Ullah Khan, Mr. Fareed Mughis Sheikh, Mr. Muhammad Tariq, Mr. Muhammad Shahzad Jamil, Syed Aftab Hussain Naqvi, Mr. Abdul Hakeem Khan Qasuria, and Ms. Bisma Niazi.
- As the number of candidates matches the number of available director positions, all will be deemed elected for a term of three years starting from October 28, 2026.
- This election is in accordance with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017.
