Bolan Castings Limited has announced the procedure for e-voting and voting through postal ballot for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- The AGM is scheduled for October 28, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
- Venue: Registered Office, Main RCD Highway, Hub Chowki, District Lasbela, Balochistan.
- E-voting will be available from October 23, 2026, to October 27, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
- Postal ballots must be submitted by October 27, 2026, during business hours.
- Agenda includes special resolutions to ratify transactions with Group companies for the year ended June 30, 2026, and to authorize the Chief Executive for future transactions.
- Members must ensure their details are updated in the register by October 19, 2026, to receive e-voting information.
- Voting entitlement is confirmed for those who participate in the AGM.
