Artistic Denim Mills Limited has announced the election of new directors during its 34th Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2026.
- Mr. Muhammad Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Muhammad Iqbal Ahmed, Ms. Zahra Faisal Ahmed, Mr. Yazdani Zia (Independent Director), Mr. Muneer Ahmed (Independent Director), Mr. Muhammad Ozair Qureshi, and Mr. Jamal Yousuf have been elected as Directors.
- The elected directors will serve a term of three years starting from November 23, 2026.
- The election was conducted unopposed in accordance with Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
