LSE SPAC-II Limited has announced the induction of new directors and key management personnel in M.P. Industries Limited (MPIL) following its acquisition of an equity stake in the company.
- Four directors nominated by LSE SPAC-II Limited have been inducted into the Board of Directors of MPIL: Syed Haider Mujtaba, Syeda Noor ul ain Ali, Mr. Asad Ahmad, and Mr. Muhammad Usman.
- Mr. Zain ul Abideen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Ameer Hamza as Company Secretary of MPIL.
- These appointments are part of the governance arrangements following LSE SPAC-II Limited's investment in MPIL.
