Popular Islamic Modaraba has published a notice regarding its upcoming Annual Review Meeting (ARM) scheduled for October 23, 2026.
- The ARM will take place at 10:00 a.m. at Chapal Plaza, Karachi.
- The meeting aims to review the performance of the Modaraba for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
- The Modaraba Certificates Transfer Book will be closed from October 16 to October 23, 2026, to determine eligible Certificate Holders.
- Certificate Holders must submit their dividend mandate forms to receive payments electronically.
- Unclaimed dividends after three years will be deposited with the Federal Government as per the Companies Act, 2017.
