Ghani Global Glass Limited has announced the election of new directors at their upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 27, 2026.
- Seven individuals have filed notices to offer themselves for election as Directors.
- The elected directors include Mr. Atique Ahmad Khan, Hafiz Farooq Ahmad, Mr. Abdullah Ahmed, Syed Sibtul Hassan Gilani, Mr. Asim Mahmud, Mrs. Saima Shafi Rana (Independent Director), and Sheikh Muhammad Saleem Ahsan (Independent Director).
- As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available positions, all seven will be deemed elected for a term of three years starting October 31, 2026.
- The announcement complies with Section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017.
