Ghazi Fabrics International Limited has announced the upcoming election of directors during its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for October 27, 2026.
- The AGM will take place at The Noor Jahan Banquet Hall, Lahore, starting at 10:30 a.m.
- Seven candidates have filed their intention to stand for election as Directors, including Mr. Mohammad Arshad and Mrs. Azra Yasmin.
- As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available positions, they will be deemed elected at the AGM.
