First Paramount Modaraba has applied for a 30-day extension to hold its Annual Review Meeting (ARM) due to delays in finalizing audited financial statements.
- The ARM was originally scheduled for October 28, 2026, and is now requested to be postponed to November 27, 2026.
- The application has been submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) along with supporting documents, including an affidavit and audit status from Crowe Hussain Chaudhury & Co.
- A fee of PKR 15,025 was paid for the extension application.
