First Elite Capital Modaraba has announced the details for its 27th Annual Review Meeting (ARM) scheduled for October 28, 2026, to review its performance for the year ended June 30, 2026.
- The meeting will take place at 1:30 p.m. at 182-A, Garden Block, New Garden Town, Lahore.
- Certificate holders registered by October 21, 2026, are eligible to attend.
- The Certificate Transfer Books will be closed from October 22 to October 28, 2026.
- Members can opt for a video conference facility if consent is received from those holding 10% or more of total certificates at least 7 days prior to the meeting.
- Members are advised to convert physical certificates into book-entry form and to contact the Share Registrar for unclaimed dividends or certificates.
