- Appointment of auditors for the year ending June 30, 2027, and fixing their remuneration will also be on the agenda.
- Meeting will take place at Plot No. 8, Sector M, H.I.T.E. Hub, District Lasbela, Baluchistan.
- Share transfer books will be closed from October 17, 2026, to October 23, 2026, inclusive.
- Transfers received by October 16, 2026, will be eligible for voting rights at the AGM.
